The Holiday Village CSA is governed by a seven-member Board of Trustees, each of whom is elected by the association members (the residents) to a specific term. In addition to day-to-day governance of the association, Board members typically take the lead to oversee and address various operational issues, i.e. maintenance, finances, security, architectural review, etc. In addition, the Board has formed several committees to address specific topic areas; these may be augmented by ad hoc committees and task forces as may be deemed necessary.
